Are your products original?

Yes. Everything we sell is original Brazilian shapewear from Lupo and Liz, made in Brazil.

How do I choose my size?

Lupo and Liz size by weight and height. Check the size table on each product page, or read our size guide. If you're between sizes, choose one size up. Not sure? Send us your weight and height on WhatsApp before you order and we'll recommend a size.

What do light, medium and firm compression mean?

Light: smooth, comfortable shaping for everyday wear. Medium: noticeable shaping you can wear all day. Firm: our strongest tummy and waist control, ideal for occasions. Each product page shows its level.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free in Saudi Arabia on orders over 200 SAR (35 SAR below that). Orders are delivered by Aramex to all regions of the Kingdom, usually within 2 to 7 business days of dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order ships we email you a tracking link from the courier.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. All payments are made securely online at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.

Can I return or exchange shapewear?

For hygiene reasons, shapewear and underwear can't be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong. In that case contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.

How should I wash my shapewear?

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, don't wring it, and let it dry flat away from direct sun. Don't tumble dry or iron it. This keeps the elastic firm for longer.

Can I wear shapewear after pregnancy or surgery?

Many women do, but please check with your doctor first and follow their advice on when to start and how long to wear it.
